Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role : Infra Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration
Good to have skills : JBOSS Administration, Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree
Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system-level. - Troubleshoot at both basic and intermediate levels to ensure smooth operations. - Resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration, JBOSS Administration. - Strong understanding of server and network areas. - Experience in hardware/software support. - Knowledge of software solutions/vendors/brands. - Familiarity with L1 and L2 troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor's degree is required.
