Project Role : User Experience EngineerProject Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Must have skills : React.jsGood to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition, Google BigQueryMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve working on prototype solutions, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring an optimal user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement user interface components using React.js. - Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into prototype solutions. - Ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience in prototype solutions. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google BigQuery, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive and accessible user interfaces. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.Job role
