As a Solution Architect- Radio- 4G &5G representing CU Head optimize, responsible for ensuring efficient deliveries of Network Optimization Services within NDO domain in line with the best global practices throughout phases of the delivery lifecycles and thereby ensuring a profitable business outcome with high levels of customer happiness.

Job Location: Mumbai,Indore,Ahmedabad,Cochin,Banglore,Delhi,Chandigarh, Pune

Responsibilities:

•    You will drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes for Network Optimization of radio networks.
•    You will engage proactively with the customer leadership and with the respective sales organizations in Circle to drive leads generation. Key role in reinforcing add- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
•    You will together with the respective project/program organization improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactively drive efficiencies via tools, process and innovative delivery strategies. You will leave no stone unturned to find smarter, faster deliveries, demonstrating on automation – Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
•    You will have ownership of all tool platforms required for Network Optimization in circle. You will ensure that required tools and automation is deployed, operated and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
•    You will be driving customer acceptance of Network optimization services in circle.
•    You will lead C-Level customer presentations (Customer CTO, Network Optimization Head etc.) where required and proactively engage on a regular basis within the customer organization to identify needs, expectations and develop close relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

•    Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Leading them to successful project outcomes in customer projects and CxO engagement.
•    dedicated with a proactive approach to handle issues that require your mentorship and to drive them to conclusion.
•    Develop a culture within the team that challenges, sustains, engages and motivates them.
•    Lead by example and take accountability to deliver. Build a positive, high-energy team and culture to achieve goals.
•    Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience across all phases of project starting from pre-sales to service delivery.
•    Demonstrated Network Optimization background for a minimum of 10 years.
•    Good understanding of 4G/5G functionalities, parameters and performance management tools
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding service environment with changing and tight deadlines.
•    Strong and validated negotiation and conflict leadership skills.
•    Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory
•    Vast experience in 4G/5G Network Optimization services delivery

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT required.
Vast experience in 4G/5G Network design and Optimization services delivery. 
Minimum 12+ years of experience
