Your Role
The Manager - Operations, will lead and manage a team of high performing contractual workforce, responsible for end to end pricing operations of Zepto categories
The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments, in addition to owning the production & quality KRAs for this team. You will manage performance measured on operations/business goals and SLA metrics.
Impact customer funnel and lifecycle by creating the best priced perception in the mind of the customers
Work with various internal stakeholders like the category management team, In App merchandising team to evaluate inputs and make pricing interventions that help drive growth
You will interface and drive an agenda with the automation & technology teams to build scalable solutions.
Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
Collate market information for understanding competition trends, consumer preferences and fine-tuning the pricing strategy basis these inputs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years experience in program or project management
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL exposure a must) , Previous experience in BI Tools - Looker will be highly preferred
- Experience leading process improvements
- Has a background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources.
- Has managed critical operational processes, with SLA and metrics responsibility.
- Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
