Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role : Infra Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Endpoint Protection
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Configure services running on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system-level. - Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level issues. - Collaborate with the team to discuss and contribute to work-related discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Protection. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and VMWare Solution. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Endpoint Protection. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
