Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Production)
Key Skill: 1. Inspection on production line 2. Quality assurance planning 3. Quality auditing 4. Customer complaint addressing & resolution. Key Role & Responsibility: • Ensure meeting the quality standards during the production of components & assemblies to ensure smooth functioning of products during the life span. Deliverable: 1. Device, prepare & execute the quality assurance plan to assure quality standards being met every time. 2. Coordinate with suppler, vendors & contractors for routine inspection planning & execution. 3. Preparation of Quality control plan 4. Joint study with field QA for ride quality improvement & other quality related issues. 5. Prepare & submit the corrective action plan for non-conformance of product at source factory. 6. Coordinate with field team to address & resolve the field complaints 7. Prepare & execute routine quality audit plan. 8. Ensure all calibration of testing tools, instruments, gauges & equipment. 9. Coordinate with SCM for supporting & providing the necessary documents to process the supplier invoices. 10. Device & execute plan for component tracing for every project & job.Job role
