Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Validate customer cease request in CFD portal
- Check all the customer details are available in our provisioning inventories.
- Log the A-ref in SFDC / CFD and submit the request
- Creating cease order form with all mandatory information.(like Requestor, Customer Contact, Circuit reference, other associated references, Billing ref & Customer required date)
- Analyze and validate the order form and raise cease order based on the provisioning system.
- Perform and execute soft cease and Hard cease for transmission end.
- Place the cease request for respective tail / Datacenter cable via portal or through mail for other licensed operator.
- Recover the Vodafone kit (Router / ADVA or Mux) from Customer end.
- Update the customer details in service and network inventories
- Handling escalations & resolving planning related issues
- Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity
- Quick response to customer queries
- Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations.
- Schedule training based on performance scores to team members
LWI, Change Control Log & Training tracker up to date
New Process UAT/NPD support and training the team as required , New Joiners training and Assessment - Identification of process improvement areas and volunteer for new initiatives
- Power platform training & Project completion
