Principal Consultant – Sysadmin Windows (on-prem and Azure)

Inviting applications for the role of  Principal Consultant – Sysadmin Windows (on-prem and Azure) 
Windows Systems Administrators, are responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers within a company. They are also responsible for managing data security, configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system.    Should be a hands-on leader in guiding the team,  and managing the customer expectations. 

Responsibilities
•    Microsoft 365 Administration:
o    Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
o    Configure and manage Office 365 user licenses and subscriptions.
o    Implement and manage Office 365 security and compliance features
o    Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
o    Implement and manage compliance and data protection policies.
o    Provide support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.
•    Exchange Administration:
o    Manage and maintain on-premises Exchange servers and Exchange Online.
o    Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management.
o    Monitor and troubleshoot email flow and connectivity issues.
o    Implement and manage email security measures, including anti-spam and anti-phishing solutions.
•    Azure Administration:
o    Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking.
o    Implement and manage Azure Active Directory and identity management solutions.
o    Monitor and optimize Azure resource usage and costs.
o    Ensure the security and compliance of Azure environments.

•    Active Directory Administration:
o    Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, DNS, and DHCP.
o    Implement and manage Group Policies, user accounts, and organizational units.
o    Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management.
o    Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and connectivity issues.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
•    Relevant experience in Windows Sysadmin  in on prem and cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Microsoft certified System Administrator. 
•     Fluent English, oral and written.
•     Strong Analytical Thinking
