Your Role
• Take ownership of business metrics end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, automating repetitive asks and rigorously evaluating methods and results
• Serve as the only source of truth for the organization owning key input and output operating metrics dashboards to monitor the health of the business and drive central business reviews
• Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up to the sanity/accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for the right decision making
• Drive topline and bottom-line improvements by enabling strategic crossfunctional projects spanning all business verticals
• Support internal and external investor relations efforts owning all data requirements for fundraising, board presentations and consulting partners What

We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics / Finance
• 3+ years in delivering analytical results
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Python, MS Power BI/Looker/Superset, and MS Excel, etc.
• Must be data-savvy and love crunching numbers
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
• You have demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations

Interview Process:
Step 1: Analytical Problem Solving round with Senior Manager, duration: 45 mins The goal of this is to understand your approach to problem-solving analytically and test technical proficiency on SQL, Visualization etc.
Step 2: rigorous assessment round with VP - Finance, duration: 45 mins The goal of this is to understand culture fit, your approach to problem-solving and stakeholder Management. You will be given a generic hypothetical or a real-world problem and are expected to solve it.
