Responsible for the “New Gold loan” customer acquisition in an assigned territory
Ø Generating prospects through various promotional activities.
Monitor and track the sales prospects.
Ø Monitor the performance & manage the productivity of the team.
Ø Leading a team of direct sales executives of 7 to 12 members
Ø Manage, Coach and motivate the team.
