Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner for Workday Core HCM, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself and ensuring successful delivery of Workday Core HCM projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Workday Core HCM projects, ensuring successful delivery within the systems development lifecycle. - Provide advisory work for the IT function itself, advising on best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and standards. - Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Core HCM, including configuration, integration, and data migration. - Ensure quality assurance and testing of Workday Core HCM solutions, including developing test plans and executing test cases. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of Workday Core HCM solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Workday Core HCM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
