Your typical day will involve developing and implementing test automation strategies, utilizing Selenium and other tools to improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement test automation strategies, utilizing Selenium and other tools to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring that they are maintainable, scalable, and reusable. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex test data, employing statistical methodologies and data munging techniques for actionable insights, alongside a robust understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Test Automation Strategy, Celonis Process Mining Platform, Camunda BPM. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Solid grasp of programming languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful test automation solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
