Senior Analyst, Finance Business Intelligence

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
• Experience in Programming and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), accounting processes and terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Ability to identify process gaps and highlight process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement/automation opportunities, drive effective SDLC processes, and deliver automation roadmaps.
• Maintain and enhance current automation solutions for risk assessment, scoping, testing, quality assurance processes to strengthen risk management and streamline program activities.
• Design and implement new automation and risk mitigation solutions to address data and analytics problems, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging new technologies where possible.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable self-serve reporting tools and other infrastructure enhancements to monitor and report on program metrics and results, providing visibility and insights.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, reconcile conflicts, and decompose information into details to drive decision-making.
