Description
Key Responsibilities ● Plan, organize, and execute financial statements (Standalone & Consol) preparation and reports of the Zepto Group. ● Be responsible for the controller function across like Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Treasury, General Ledger and Inventory. ● Analyze financial data and monitor internal controls. ● Oversee and publish financial statements and lead month-end closing processes. ● Streamline and manage accounting functions and operations. ● Manage accounting records and ensure compliance with regulations. ● Coordinate audit processes and ensure accuracy of financial information. ● Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. ● Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports. ● FDI Compliance and evaluation. ● Stat. Audit Coordination and closure. What are we looking for - ● CA degree with experience in GL function or Financial Reporting. ● Extremely trustworthy and capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality. ● Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results. ● Good communication, interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. ● Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizatio
