Job Description

Job Overview:
The O365/M365 Administrator responsible for the overall M365 management, planning, and operations of the TCL M365. This includes ensuring high availability, performance, and security of M365 facilities. The role involves leading a team of IT professionals, coordinating with various departments, and managing vendor relationships. should have experience on Windows Servers and Microsoft Products
Should be strong in Online Exchange and Active Directory, Ironport

Key Responsibilities:
1. M365 Management , Licensing, compliance
2. Manage Windows Servers/ Endpoints
3. MS Office/EMS/Teams/ other M365 Apps
4. License Management
5. Active Directory Management
6. IronPort
7. work with Ops 
8. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
10.   Capacity Planning and Optimization:

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Preferred)
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience
o Proven experience in managing large-scale m365, AD
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong understanding of security and compliance standards.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Experience on Windows Servers (Win11, Win 2016/2019/2022)
o Exposure to Openstack, AIOPS, Vmware
• Certifications:
o Relevant certifications MS Certification
