Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role : Infra Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration
Good to have skills : Hitachi Data Systems (HDS)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Graduate
Title: Storage L3 SME Primary skill: Hitachi, 3PAR ,NetApp Key responsibilities: - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting NetApp, Hitachi, and 3PAR storage solutions in enterprise environments. - Expert-level knowledge of storage concepts, technologies, and protocols (NAS, SAN, FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS). - Proficiency in storage virtualization, data replication, snapshot technologies, and disaster recovery solutions. - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex storage-related issues and identify root causes. Professional Attributes: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Storage Engineer (Level 3) proficient in NetApp, Hitachi, and 3PAR technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level storage solutions.
