Job Description

• Resource should have 3-4 years of experience of working in same field (Generate sales leads & Working on Existing leads, new account farming, sharing relevant news update, job openings with sales team)
• Should have working knowledge of BFSI industry
• Should have excellent knowledge of MS office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Good to have automation knowledge, though it is not compulsory
• Should have excellent communication skill, can do attitude, team player
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Account cultivation - Discover and target new accounts and markets
• Conduct research and data mining to identify potential sales leads and opportunities
• Analyze and report data
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information
• Monitor the market closely and share pertinent business news that can be beneficial during outreach
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other requirements:

• Resource should have 3-4 years of experience of working in same field (Data, Inside Sales, etc.)
• Should have working knowledge of BFSI sector
• Can do attitude, team player
• Experience in LinkedIn sales navigator access, ZoomInfo access (good to have)
