Job Description

MBA from a leading business school / a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:
• For this role we are looking for candidates who are either fresher or with a 1 year of experience working in NBFCs, Financial services such as investment banking, commercial banking, credit analysis & managing relationships
Location: Chennai 

Skills:
1. Good financial analysis & modelling skills - Should be good with numbers, studying balance sheets, P&L statements, analyze data & provide viewpoint. Working knowledge of MS office & keenness to learn other technology tools.
2. Sound oral & written communication skills – candidate should showcase good interpersonal skills & be able to hold conversation & negotiations with the counterparties
3. A keen eye for detail, persistent learning & problem-solving attitude
4. Ability to stretch, multitask, deliver under pressure & honor deadlines
5. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated candidate who would be aligned to founders’ mindset, a team player & has ability to take ownership and work independently whenever required
6. Willingness to work in Mumbai
