- Should have managed both technical and non-technical hiring and comfortable delivering 50+ positions on an ongoing
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing & selection, salary negotiations, preparing employee contracts, and joining formalities basis
- Work closely with all stakeholders at a leadership level to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring plan by level and deliver with an eye on quality and timelines
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and advice to the leadership team on market scenarios and need hiring strategies
