Analyst Relations Manager

Job Description:

· Support relations with industry analyst and advisory community.

· Required Minimum 10+ Yrs of experience in Analyst Relations.

· Assist with project/ program management of Virtusa’s participation in analyst competitive assessments such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, Everest PEAK Matrix, Hfs Top 10 etc.

· Contribute to knowledge management process including tracking of analyst coverage and archiving of completed RFIs and presentations for future re-use of content.

· Help schedule analyst briefings and inquiry calls, as well as cadence calls with leaders / SME’s supporting participation in analyst assessments.

· Responsible for updates to analyst RFI database and publication of research calendar to internal teams throughout the year

· Work with Analyst Relations leader to manage analyst focused events and campaigns including analyst days, strategic advisory days, etc.

· Strong writing/communications and reporting skills

· Understanding of handling sensitive and confidential issues

· Ability to coordinate activities across various functional groups.

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have Skills.

· Good understanding of IT services and emerging industry themes, including business impact of IT solutions

· Expertise in Architect analyst relations tool.

· Familiarity with the analyst and advisor’s landscape

· Expertise in MS office suite

· Working knowledge of photo-editing and document-design programs
