Job Role – Manager /AML
Job Requirement:·
Managers should have a minimum of 10 + years of experience,
Act as the first level reviewer - make initial investigation decisions on corresponding banking BSA cases as well as determine the specific information needed to manage the investigation.
1. Know and understand the laws applicable to money laundering, to include the BSA, the USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements.
2. Expert level knowledge on AML Surveillance (Transaction Monitoring) - Proven track record in conducting deep dive analysis on AML alert (L1, L2 and escalations)
3. Ability to drive and exceed SLA expectations for team.
4. Should be handling a team of 50+ FTE’S.·
5. Should be flexible to work in any shifts.·
6. Good communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
