Technical Project Manager, Media Tech Services

The Media Technology Services (MTS) Team at Viacom18  encompass a range of services and technology support aimed at enabling the creation, distribution, and management of media content across various platforms and channels. These services leverage technology to streamline workflows, improve content quality and support functions. Key components of media technology services include:
•Broadcast and MCR Operations 
•Media Operations 
•Post-Production
•Broadcast & Media Engineering

What will you do?

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for future improvement. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress and completion to stakeholders.
