Job Description
Strong exposure in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technology Strategy, Design, and Implementation of Telecom networks based on Layer 1/2/2.5/3 technologies.
Ø Skilled in identifying new technology/Products/Services for the modernization of the network and addressing capex and Opex budgetary requirements.
Ø Work closely with the Project Management team for the implementation of major NLD upgrades and expansion by
issuing HLD/LLD to PMs and addressing their concerns.
Ø Preparing technical compliances, reviewing vendor’s compliance response for submitted Product Evaluation and
vendor finalization. Involved in RFI, RFP & POC.
Ø Driving & releasing Specific Network design/Architecture/Guidelines for NLD & MAN networks also for large
wholesale carrier’s customers for enabling delivery.
Ø Enhancing interlock with the Business/Sales Unit, strengthening the process for rolling / annual forecast capturing, analysis, and creation of shortfall plans for the India Transmission network.
Ø Maintains the Inventory, fill factors & utilization of the network & responsible for getting it published every quarter to management in the form of a Dashboard and Inventory report.
Ø Reconciliation & auditing with the cross-functional team regularly to maintain the database & its accuracy.
Ø Interlock with Operations/PMG to reduce outages in NLD to improve network availability and bind by the 99.99% SLA committed to Gold and 99.95% SLA committed to Silver customers.
Ø Experience in senior Management reporting for regular project status updates.
Ø Worked with the Solution Architect and Operations team for customer satisfaction and retention.
