Transformation Design & Delivery Migrations Project Manager

The Graphite Payments Transformation Team has its presence across the Globe and is spearheading the strategic initiatives comprising of platform consolidation and new product build out. We are looking for candidates who have interpersonal, project management skills with an ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners.

TDD (Transformation Design & Delivery) is part of the Payment Operations organization supporting CIB wide transformation and change programs and platforms. We are focussed on identifying opportunities to build more innovative things, often across products and LoB’s, where we can bring the organization together to define solutions/builds which are broader reaching. As a member of the Migrations Team you will play an experienced role in ensuring we migrated clients effectively and accurately and meet internal project timeframes. Considered to be one of the Firms major strategic initiatives, the teams aligned to this project operate in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-threaded and deadline driven environment.

As a professional member of the team you will be expected to guide initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility and results motivated, improve Operational expectations and achieve project timeframes.

Job responsibilities

* Guide the project teams with consistent use of data models, planning tools, techniques and artefacts. 

* For each market ensuring all Migration Team support is deployed to drive business readiness towards client migration. Always working in collaboration with the business, technical teams and local stakeholders. 

* Use data investigation techniques to create client demographics and migration strategies.

* Co-ordinate and conduct Production Verification testing (PVT) where required of functionality, production flows and target processes in support of client migrations. 

* Execute PVT (Production Verification Testing) scope. Identify what accounts, system access, stakeholder engagement is required. 

* Co-ordinate and deliver an internal and external client communication plan for each project, 

* Planning, tracking, and reporting of progress of readiness and client migrations delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

* Expected tenure: 10+ years of experience

*Experience in Banking / Financial services. Strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects is preferred 

* People Steering and Development 

* Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect. 

* Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. 

* Skilled communicator: able to help teammates make good conclusions.
