Job Description
- Experience in design & development
- Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Exterior trims
- Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components
- Very strong in Catia V5/ UG-NX CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
- Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.
- Experience of working in CFT environment.
- Very good in English communication (written and oral)
- Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues.
SECONDARY SKILLS
- Lead Engineer (Passenger Car Interior & Exterior trims)
- Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical/Automotive)
- Experience: Preferred- Bumpers systems, Rear Deck lids and Fenders
- Tool: Catia V5/ UG-NX
