Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. MBA and Manufacturing domain related degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Pre-sales, business development, or related roles within the IT/Engineering Services industry, with a focus on digital manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth and delivering results in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
