Job Purpose
The role will assist the Sr Manager Contracts in Contract Lifecycle Management and closely work with business for effective execution of contracts. As part the the Role the candidate shall draft, review and vet contracts and ensure the contract is executed in accordance with the compliance requirement and maintain repository of contracts

- Review and monitor the performance of team members on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
- Recommend training as required for team member development.
- Develop his team and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, update their knowledge base to cater to the organizational need.
- Identify and groom team members for higher responsibilities
