Job Description

Selenium Automation Engineer

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must have:

1. Associate 4 to 8 Years of hands-on experience in Selenium Cucumber Java test automation
2. Good Knowledge on Web Environment, Web Elements and Operations on the Web Elements
3. Basic Understanding of Functional and Regression Test Automation
4. Good knowledge on Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid)
5. Strong Knowledge of Java Programming
6. Debugging Test Cases and Fixing Errors
7. Generating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium Element locators and WebDriver API Commands.
8. Strong knowledge in BDD approach 
9. Implementing JUnit / TestNG/MAVEN Test Automation framework and developing automation infrastructure
Strong Communication and Stakeholder management.

Good to have:
1. Hands on distributed version control repository
2. Hands-on Knowledge on SQL and Unix
