Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate workshops to identify business needs and requirements. - Develop and implement strategies to improve business agility and innovation. - Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops. - Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process automation tools. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
