Summary: As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will work directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practices to align with business strategy and goals. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: No Function Specialization. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. - Experience in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. - Solid grasp of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
