Experience Designer
Do
- Build & manage UX design practice within the studio; introduce new tools & best practices focusing on design across the board
- Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities
- Independently lead and contribute to projects & accounts, research, strategy, service design & UI/ UX design opportunities
- Drive thought leadership for clients & industry; public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses
- Run multiple full-fledged projects with multiple teams
- Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
- Guide for UX activities across multiple projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on projects
- Excel at communication and engagement
- Independently own proposal & pitch building
- Drive cross-discipline development
- Groom leaders and own development of teams
- Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
- Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios
- Set direction for the studio in line with Designit’s strategy
- Should have minimum 5 years Experience and preferrably holding a degree in Design
- Location is Bangalore and should be willing to work from Customer office 1-3 times a week
