Job Description

• Minimum 4-5 years of Experience in Fiber O&M-OTDR, LSPM, Splicing , Material Management, FRT & Civil team handling, Liaising with third party, IRU partner coordination
• Maintaining SLA/KPI as per MSA.  
• Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication & TX 
• Experience in DWDM devices (Ciena) handover and Testing  
• Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services.
• Well Versed in Data Centre environment & Understanding of Service Delivery of High BW customers.
• R&R management
• Remote guidance to field engineers as per POA from NOC
• Basic remote troubleshooting for onsite technical activities such as, hardware                  replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
• Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management
• 4 -5 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT
• Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance of Site for active elements/OSP Routes
• Transport of Spares when replacement is required
• Should be able to manage engineers as well as FRT/Civil team.
• Good Communication skills is must.
• A good team player, Customer friendly
• Willing to work for extended hours in case of critical event.
• Training & learning development.
