UX Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end user experience of our digital products, from conception to launch.
- Conduct primary research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.
- Utilize secondary research to gather insights into industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop user journey maps to visualize and optimize the user experience across all touchpoints.
- Perform comparative intelligence analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
- Create product goal maps to align design and development efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain detailed user personas based on research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, usability testing results, and data insights.

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Familiarity with user research techniques, usability testing, and data analysis tools.
