Must have skills : JavaScriptGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : any degreeSummary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and create questions for certification and assessments, ensuring that technology professionals are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course content and assessments. - Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance learning outcomes. - Provide guidance and support to technology professionals in their upskilling and cross-skilling journeys. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the relevance of training programs. - Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. - Support the certification process by creating questions and evaluating assessments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. - Experience in delivering training programs to technology professionals. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with HTML and CSS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A degree in any discipline is required.Job role
