Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Portfolio Management :

Identify, prioritize and manage the offerings in the NGN and wireless portfolio basis the market, customer, COMPETITION, SWOT and other parameters. Create Revenue Plan and margin profile by service offering. Create Investment Plans for the various offering with cost/benefit analysis Offering Development and management

 

1. Product & Services Benchmarking with Industry & Competition: Product enhancements through new technology in line with industry trends. Develop a Plan for new services ( Time, cost, quality to be measured).Enhancement of existing products for upsell and cross sell and new customers basis roadmap.

Offering Led Pipeline (offering should be able to generate a pipeline for itself) and Offering Led Monetization (TCV and Revenue)

2. Sales / Pre-Sales support to seed New Products and Services :Cluster wise Sales/Pre-Sales Interlock sessions for sales enablement, Plus Business Development through specific targets. Proactive, Reactive (RFXs) support to Pre-sales Solutions and Sales for new offerings to make a winnable proposal

3. Create awareness for New Products and Services internally and with existing & potential customers: Plaformization of existing product and services (as applicable) Per cluster GTM plan to be developed.AI/ML/GenAI adoption and use cases. Adoption of TCTS Platforms, Tools for Automation for offerings Strategic partnership

Develop a plan for new services that doesn't exist and there is demand today/near future. Services launch as per product roadmap with Sales Asset Creation

Strategic Partnership development for Product / Service Development or enhancement

GTM Partnership development with GPA

Specific Business Development Efforts as per the specific targets

IP and Patent Creation

4. Develop Products/services on New Technology. Participation in TCL innovation input project & internal governance.

Converting Innovation into IP, Copy Right or Patent . 

Commercial approach / GTM for patents idea to be defined

Thought Leadership- asset creation for offerings - Publish blogs, whitepapers, webinar, create demo videos for offering marketing and achieving an industry recognition.Generating  Offering Awareness towards Realizing Company's strength.

5. Team Development  

1. Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements.

2. Participate in the recruitment and selection process.

3. Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team

4. Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives.

5.Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues

6. Contributing to make TCTS a great place to work

7. Mentor Practice team  to achieve their potential
