Process Trainer – Communication specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Planning:
  • Conduct initial language proficiency assessments to determine learners' starting levels.
  • Develop personalized learning plans based on assessment results and learners' goals.
• Instruction and Coaching:
  • Enhance communication skills by coaching on soft-skill sessions, both in-person and online.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Focus on all aspects of language acquisition, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing resolving around soft skills in communication.
• Feedback and Progress Tracking:
  • Offer constructive feedback on learners' performance and progress.
  • Adjust learning plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of learners' progress and achievements.
• Motivation and Support:
  • Encourage and motivate learners through engaging and interactive sessions.
  • Address any challenges or difficulties learners may encounter and provide effective solutions.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Cultural Competence:
  • Integrate UK culture knowledge and awareness into language instruction.
  • Help learners understand and navigate cultural nuances and communication styles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certification in TTT or CELTA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as voice coach focusing mainly on softs skills and call handling etiquettes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using language learning software and online teaching platforms.
• Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the challenges faced by the learners.
