Position Responsibilities Job Description Role Purpose • BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MCA or Equivalent technical degree with 8+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project management role in Dev Ops environment
• Preferred industry experience in BFSI, Credit cards domain.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify and execute business use cases leveraging the enterprise data lake and other platforms by supporting and tracking multiple projects
• Project planning and execution for development and testing of critical applications and use cases incl Capex, Mod 1 & Mod 2 type projects
• Closely mentor, guide and work with application development partners to ensure project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Proactive tracking, communicating and reporting projects status and updates via use of platforms, e.g. Jira and ensure risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner
• Ensure adequate resources are allocated from vendor team for successful completion of projects
• Build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
• Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders, understand & translate business requirements and manage change effectively
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong project management skills using agile methodologies and project management tools e.g Jira
• Good understanding of SW development lifecycle using Dev Ops tools and techniques
• Demonstrated customer focus and customer service mindset

Managed Vendors of experienced development and testing resources
Should have experience in financial and\or credit card processing domain
