Role: Assistant Manager

Sub Band: B3-1

Location: Chennai

Shift: UK timings

Key Responsibilities

·       Candidate should have 10+ years of experience Service Delivery

·       Experience in coordinating with Customer, Suppliers and other stakeholders

·       MIS reports handling experience

·       Sound knowledge and Experience in fixed line Broad & Porting

·       Knowledge on end-to-end order management and delivery management

·       Candidate should have experience in people management

·       Candidate should have experience in handling international customer

·       Proactive skills required to manage various situations

·       Understanding of  scheduling and manage site visits

·       Experience in supervising team members’ work and providing support on queries.

·       KPI management such as SLA

·       Experience in preparing Local work instructions and suggesting improvement ideas

·       Periodic update to customers is key activity/responsibility

·       Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders    

·       Experience in managing international customer

·       Conflict management

·       Strong Verbal and written communication skills

·       A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction

·       Knowledge of Salesforce, MS-Applications, BMC Remedy
