Major Responsibility
Will be responsible for the overall health of the account including Revenue and all qualitative and quantitative parameters for measuring account success in the allocated set of accounts.
§ Relationship Management across all levels in Customer organization.
§ Cross-functional coordination and engagement.
§ To handle, resolve, close loop all escalations from internal and external customers.
§ Improving CSAT score & NPS performance.
§ Retention and control churn and increase Proactive and Reactive Retention for bulk disconnections & Growth.
§ Enhance revenue through usage interventions.
�Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for business development operations.
Responsibilities
�Track market for competitor information and pricing trends
�Provide support on deal proposals.
�Work on Salesforce CRM, keep up to date documentation and pipeline hygiene.
�Lead generation through online inquiries and cold calls.
