Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP and business process expert to join our team. As an SAP and business process expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing analysis solutions to improve audit data preparation. You will be responsible for auditor support with process and data analytics for audit preparation and execution.Primary responsibilities:· Understand and analyze business processes and requirements to design new data analysis solutions for audit function and implement the same.· Preparation of dashboards or visualizations using Power Bi, Power Pivot.· Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. audit management, topic owners, auditors) to gather requirements and provide expert advice on audit scoping backed up by data.· Collaborate with process experts, developers, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and integration analytics into regular audit support.· Develop and maintain documentation for analytics solutions and business processes understanding.· Provide training and support to end users (e.g. auditors, operators) on business processes and analytics development.· Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Skills & Required competencies:· In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.· Experience with SAP implementation or configuration or worked as process delegate or as process expert.· Proficiency in SAP or S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions is a plus including table level understanding and extraction, analysis.· Should have a strong understanding of PowerBI dashboard creation, including data visualization, DAX language, and the ability to derive actionable insights from the data.· Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.· Ability to analyze and design analytics solutions to improve data overview for scoping, audits.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with audit management, auditors and cross-functional teams.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.· Ability to provide training and support to end users on derived analytics and processes.· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies (e.g. SAP and best practices).· Independent and solution oriented working style. Also, team-player with cooperative attitude, empathy, and ability to work successfully in diverse teams.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Fluent in English, further languages a plus.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.These skills are essential for the successful implementation and optimization of data analytics solutions to drive sustainable process improvement within the function.
