1. Overall canteen Administration and maintenance in large industrial canteen
2. Menu design and Compilation along with stakeholders
3. Production And Waste Management
4. Food Quality & Delivery
5. Ensure Hygiene, 5s And Safety
6. Equipment Maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management OR
- Any graduate with Hotel Management Diploma
Additional Information
- Expert level of knowledge in food production and planning
- Competent level of knowledge of provisions used for food preparation
- Advance level of knowledge of documentation and control
- Proficient level of skill to come up with recipes
- Competent level of interpersonal skills
