Area Manager Intercity
Deliverables:
- To meet the deadlines of MTTR < average 5 hours in OFC cut
- Reduce fiber cuts from 4.0 cuts / 1000 kms / month to 1.5 cuts /1000 km / month
- To reduce the network maintenance cost – which is difficult due to inherent activities (Handhold cost two nos at each cut/ Vehicle cost running due to large no of customer base/in city open trenching not possible due to HDD maintenance cost shoot up).
- Work life balance of all NMT engineers- Not to Plan any planned activity on scheduled day.
- Carrier path to all Engineers- Transfer to NOC/NSG/planning as and when opportunity coming.
- Rollout/Up gradation of MPLS Network
- Establishment of Outsource Agency in O&M function.
- Rollout of large scale projects and Infrastructure development.
- Integration/Alignment of Data O&M and Switch Operation with Transmission O&M.
