Senior Associate, Catalog, Catalog team
Description
We are looking for an eager learner, and team player as a Catalog Associate in the Catalog team. Catalog team at GlowRoad (a unit of Amazon) works closely with category managers, account managers & sellers to list their products and audit selection on GlowRoad within defined TAT.
About GlowRoad:
"GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that allows suppliers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad has been recently acquired by Amazon. We target to grow 50x in next 3 years. This is an unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship
Key job responsibilities
• Product listing and audit for selection uploads across multiple categories
• Interacting and coordinating with vendors and category team to help ensure smooth data flow for all required selection attributes for the category
• Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors and investigating catalog related complaints
• Achieving catalog audit targets and creating reports regarding task assigned on daily basis
• Achieving new product upload targets
• Training and mentoring other associates
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel
