Manager - Global Network Services

Responsibilities:

1. Peering Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for peering with other networks to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
2. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with other network operators and internet exchange points (IXPs).
3. Network Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot peering issues to ensure optimal connectivity.
4. Negotiations: Negotiate peering agreements and contracts with other network providers.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze traffic patterns and network performance data to make informed decisions about peering arrangements.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network peering.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on peering activities and network performance for senior management.
8. Network Expansion: Plan and execute network expansion projects to support business growth, including upgrading existing infrastructure and integrating new technologies. Trigger Termination of the circuits and cross connection per required.
9. Purchase Order Management: Initiate and manage purchase orders for network equipment and services, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. 
10. Troubleshooting and Support: Handle Peering Related complaint. 

Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network architecture, routing protocols (e.g., BGP), and internet infrastructure. 
2. Experience: Several years of experience in network engineering or a related field, with specific experience in peering and interconnection. Network Operation Support experience would be preferred.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions based on that analysis.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with internal (across different department) and external partners.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve network issues efficiently.
6. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent are often preferred.
