Senior Executive - Graphics, Consumer Products

What will you do?

  • Creative Design Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to fulfill creative design requirements. Utilize software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., to create and edit design assets. Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message
  • Partner Management: Engage with external partners to understand their creative needs and provide timely support. Facilitate clear communication between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Act as a liaison to manage expectations and deliverables between parties
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. Implement feedback and revisions as needed to enhance design outputs

    • Who should apply for this role?

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in a creative design role, preferably in a collaborative or agency environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., with hands-on experience in creating visual content. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personal Characteristics: Demonstrates strong designing abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics. Exhibits fluent communication skills, both oral and written, to convey creative concepts and ideas effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle quick turnaround times while maintaining attention to detail.
