• Close coordination with Vision test system suppliers and production plants
• Troubleshooting support for international production network (IPN) for optical inspection systems with systematic problem solving and implementation of lessons learned cases in IPN
• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracking - Fall of Rate (FOR) and Internal defect cost (IDC) of optical inspection systems
• Vision Test programs generation/optimization for existing and newly launched products.
• Pre-Acceptance/Final acceptance of new vision test systems
• Basic operation of workstations (PLC system), printers
• Process Setup and Continuous Process Improvements
• Documents (Production/Inspection instruction) preparation as per plant setup
• Comprehensive understanding of machine, process, measurement capabilities
• Comprehensive understanding of FMEA, CP, etc.
• Advanced knowledge about measurement systems
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawing
• Basic knowledge on programming: C; C#, Python, etc.
• Knowledge and relevant experiences with vision systems/x-ray like Keyenve XG-X, Vision pro, Viscom SI, Halcon/neurocheck
• Supplier visits/selection to keep up to date as per new test technology (Willingness to travel)
• Organizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementation

BE/B.Tech – Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, physics or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus in manufacturing

5 to 8 Years Optical Test Engineering experience from Electronics Manufacturing Industry . Preferable from Automotive Electronics Industry
