Technical BA

Experience - 3 to 8 years Business Systems Analyst role is expected to work with different stakeholders within the company to understand the companys business System problems and develop lasting solutions. The role holder is expected to suggest discuss and understand user problems, convert them as IT requirements, analyze gaps compared to existing system/architecture, document the new requirements, roll out to production to achieve the company goals in terms of system developments and collaborate with project managers/Developers/Quality Analysts/Users while preparing Gap Document, Functional specification document, Technical specification document, assist in test case preparation, assist development team etc Business Requirement Managing Business Requirements and should have good insurance business knowledge JIRA Updates. API analysis on Postman API testing and sanity on Postman Run queries on database Gap analysis and documentation of system gaps FSD/TSD Documentation. Conducting business user Demos. Tracking Business's IT Requirement and regular status updates. User Expectations Management on quality, testing and design, including Test Pack review, Responsible for ensuring dashboards to stakeholders. Partner with Business to understand their IT needs and discuss possibilities based on existing system capabilities and suggest realistic solutions. Analyze existing business process to understand Business's need to improve operational efficiency. Solution Implementation and Production sanity testing Interface between technology and business. Reponsible for detailed analysis of business requirements from functional/technical standpoint.
