Primary Skills
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing and SQL Server BI
- Hands - on experience in Azure Cloud Services (PaaS & IaaS); Storage; Web Apps; Active Directory; Application Insights; Logic Apps; Data Factory; Traffic Manager; Azure Monitoring Key Vault; VMs and SQL Azure.
- Expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL(DDL; DML and DCL) in constructing Tables; Joins; Indexed views; Indexes; Complex Stored procedures; Triggers; and useful functions to facilitate efficient data manipulation and consistent data storage according to the business rules
- Good Understanding of Linked servers and transactions. Configuring SQL Azure firewall for security mechanism
- Strong development skills with Azure Data Lake;
- Azure Data Factory; SQL Data Warehouse Azure Blob; Azure Storage Explorer
- Experience managing Big Data platform deployed in Azure Cloud
- Implemented Copy activity; Custom Azure Data Factory Pipeline Activities for On-cloud ETL processing
- Experience in Monitoring and Tuning SQL Server Performance
- Experience in Data modelling; Database design and normalization techniques
- Exceptional skills in problem solving techniques; investigating; debugging & fixing the issues.
- Experience in understanding
- Azure Analysis service Models
- Exposure to Azure Data Bricks and Python
- Experience on Power BI is a plus to back track the issues;
- Adding of workspace; Manual refreshing of the reports; any other access/data issues etc.
Secondary Skills
- Good Understanding of Linked servers and transactions. Configuring SQL Azure firewall for security mechanism
