Junior Research Analyst

Job Description
- Develop and implement a sound internal reporting/control structure to facilitate seamless business operations
- Maintain the onboarding, offboarding and team roster.
- Liaise with client spocs for onboarding/offboarding related tasks
- Ensure all business process are followed as per the set rules and guidelines
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Provide documentation support for client audit
- Liase with all the team members and assist in troubleshooting relating to accesses/reporting
- Prepare and submit reports to internal and external stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Monitor and ensure completion of all training programs for the team
- Collaborate with teams across regions and address any concerns or questions quickly
Skills Required
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Good excel and presentation skills
