Consulting- ET&P- SAP FSCM- Manager
* Review & document current GSAP (ECC) process flows & documentation * Review & document S/4 standard process flows & capabilities * Identify key design decisions (e.g. fit to standard) * Define solution specification template / questionnaire * Define scope for MVP (required to support ITC1) * Define extended / full scope (required for ITC2+) * Identify adoption (gap) levels of current processes * Define detailed scops (MVP + extended), create plan and define staffing and business participation requirements
